Summary:

The Pricing Analyst is responsible for supporting time-sensitive pricing requests and delivering accurate, end-to-end port-to-door pricing solutions. This role will manage incoming pricing inquiries, leverage existing pricing tools, collaborate cross-functionally to validate assumptions, and track pricing outcomes. The analyst will play a key role in supporting expedited and transload solutions by owning the full pricing lifecycle from request through final delivery.

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Monitor and manage the pricing inbox, ensuring timely review and response to expedited pricing requests.
  • Develop and provide pricing using existing pricing tools and frameworks.
  • Partner cross-functionally with internal teams (e.g., operations, sales, capacity, and leadership) to confirm service details, assumptions, and feasibility.
  • Deliver comprehensive port-to-door transload pricing solutions.
  • Own the end-to-end pricing process for port-to-door transload solutions, from initial request through final pricing submission.
  • Track pricing opportunities, wins, and losses, maintaining accurate records and reporting as needed.
  • Identify trends, gaps, or recurring challenges within pricing requests and escalate insights to stakeholders as appropriate.
  • Support continuous improvement by adhering to pricing standards, turnaround time expectations, and documentation requirements.

What You'll Bring:

  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple time-sensitive requests in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working cross-functionally and communicating clearly with internal stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with pricing tools, logistics pricing, or transportation concepts preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic data tracking/reporting tools.
