About the Role: As a Financial Analyst at Quincy Medical Group, you will support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis that helps guide operational and strategic decision-making across the organization.

You will develop financial models, analyze key performance indicators, identify trends, and translate complex financial information into clear, actionable insights for leaders.

You will have the opportunity to use both traditional financial analysis tools and emerging AI technology to make analysis more efficient and meaningful.

Schedule & Work Environment Full-time position, Monday-Friday, primarily daytime hours.

Professional office environment with regular collaboration across departments and organizational leadership.

Primary Responsibilities Support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis aligned with QMG's financial and strategic objectives.

Provide financial analysis, recommendations, and consultative support to organizational leaders.

Develop and maintain financial models used to evaluate performance, trends, opportunities, and business decisions.

Perform metric-based cost and efficiency analyses for operational and support functions, clearly identifying assumptions, key performance factors, and recommendations.

Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, variances, risks, and opportunities.

Prepare reports and presentations that translate financial data into clear information for decision-making.

Participate in benchmarking, trending, and key performance indicator analysis.

Identify and support process improvement opportunities that strengthen financial reporting, analysis, and organizational efficiency.

Partner across functional areas to gather information, understand business needs, and move financial projects toward successful completion.

Use available technology and analytical tools to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of financial analysis.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field required.

Relevant professional experience in financial analysis, accounting, budgeting, forecasting, or a related area required.

Experience with financial modeling, trend analysis, benchmarking, and reporting preferred.

Healthcare experience preferred.

CPA certification helpful but not required.

Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills required, with working knowledge of PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word.

Experience with computerized accounting and financial systems.

Experience using artificial intelligence tools to support financial or data analysis preferred.

QMG currently utilizes Claude to assist with Microsoft Excel analysis.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.

Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and move assignments toward successful completion.

Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across functional areas and with organizational leaders.

The compensation for this role includes a base pay range of 49,524.80 - $74, 297.60 annually, with actual pay determined by experience, education, skills, geographic location, and internal equity.

Additional compensation may be available through bonuses and other incentives.

Base pay is only a portion of the total rewards package.
